AI processing
To answer you, your messages and the context your bots need are sent to the AI model provider that powers them.
Your cloud computer
Each subscriber's cloud computer runs in its own virtual machine and is never shared with other users. Bots in the same account share that computer's files.
Storage and backups
Your data is stored on our servers and in encrypted backups.
Sharing with third parties
Apart from the AI processing above, we do not share personal information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
