Yes. Each subscriber's computer is a separate virtual machine with its own kernel. Users cannot reach each other's files, their networks, or the host, and no one can reach another user's computer.

The computer keeps running your job. Once it has been idle for a while it is suspended to save capacity, and it resumes with your files and your logged-in browser sessions intact.

Your working directory lives on a dedicated disk partition that is separate from the database and the operating system, so a full disk cannot take the service down. Backups are taken locally and copied off-site, encrypted.

Yes — that is the point of giving each agent a real browser and a terminal. It can use web applications the way a person would, with the same limits any automated browser has.
